Return & Refund Policy
BEEST Snacks accepts returns of unopened, unused products in their original sealed packaging within 30 days of delivery, for both defective and non-defective items.
To be eligible for return, items must be:
- Unopened and in original sealed packaging
- In the same condition you received them
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Opened products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons (this is standard practice across the food industry).
How to Start a Return
Contact us at hello@beestsnacks.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you return instructions.
Return Shipping
Returns are sent by mail. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return without tracking. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
There is no restocking fee.
Damages, Defects, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 30 days of delivery if your item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or arrives in unsatisfactory condition. We evaluate each situation individually and will work with you on a resolution — whether that's a replacement, store credit, or refund. In these cases, we cover the cost of return shipping or send a replacement directly. Photos of the damage or defect are helpful but not always required.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened products (food safety)
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. You'll be notified by email and refunded to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@beestsnacks.com.
